All services are delivered in accordance with applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Service Engagement Terms

Specific terms for each engagement, including scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees, will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SoW) or Service Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and a signed SoW, the SoW shall prevail.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
